We love food and love the people who visit us ad-hoc, but thanks to King Orange’s brilliant work, transitioning to online bookings saved us the hassle of arranging tables at the last moment and saved customers their precious time, so it turned out a win-win on both sides,

The Challenge

Let's just put this on the table first - nobody likes to stand in long queues and go through waiting time to devour their favourite wines. With a top-notch selection of wines, delectable culinary innovation and classy 'grammable aesthetics' Rumour Win and Bar was a popular destination for locals but bookings were an issue.

Jack saw this as a challenge and opportunity to go online and allow eaters a chance to make bookings and go through the menu. The website also has a detailed page talking about the history of the bar, adding a favourable twist for all the visitors.

This allowed the bar to get easily discovered by those turning to the internet for suggestions, their regular customers to book a table without having to wait, and the selective eaters to go through the menu and find their signature dishes and lip-smacking cocktails.

Thus, Rumour Wine Bar needed a robust online presence to easily cater to existing customers and attract new ones without the hassle and risk of long queues. After they decided to get a website and establish their space on the internet, King Orange stepped in and assisted them in taking their business to thrive and scale.

How King Orange Helped

King Orange built a website inspired by Rumour’s rich history and its customers. With an effortlessly navigable interface and a graceful user experience, Rumour saw its customers visiting their website repeatedly and making online bookings in a very short session length - thus finding value instantly.

Plenty of customers left happy feedback about the ease of table bookings and menu visibility which helped them save a lot of time otherwise lost in waiting tables or ordering.
